Obinna is a Research Assistant in the Programs department of Partners West Africa Nigeria. He is a dedicated, astute and result-oriented legal professional with expertise in criminal justice, international law, gender & human rights; and research. He has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Abia State University Uturu and has been called to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He also has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law from Coventry University, West Midlands UK. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a life member of the prestigious Global Leaders Programme (GLP) Club of Coventry University.
He has over seven years value added experience within client facing roles and is driven by the need to contribute actively and effectively towards the promotion of rule of law and societal development through resourceful, ethical and innovative work. Obinna contributes to the organization’s Research and Programs implementation think tank by examining and researching contemporary issues in law, criminal justice, human rights development and project implementation for the benefit of clients, the NGO community and the legal profession.
