Euodia Omude Ajonye is a Monitoring and Evaluation Trainee with the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). With a strong passion for leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making, a highly skilled and detail-oriented person who specializes in data collection, analysis, and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to assess program impact, enhance effectiveness, and ensure accountability.
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Trainee at PWAN, Euodia plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s mission to promote human rights, good governance, and the rule of law in Nigeria. Her expertise in data analysis and performance measurement enables her to provide actionable recommendations that inform program design, implementation, and evaluation.
With two years of experience in data analysis, Euodia is proficient in a range of technical skills, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. Her ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations has been instrumental in supporting key evaluations and performance tracking initiatives. Her expertise has also enabled her to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making and drive program improvement.

Euodia’s academic foundation in Computer Science, which she earned from Veritas University, has provided her with a solid understanding of data management and analysis principles. Additionally, she has augmented her skills through certifications in Monitoring & Evaluation methodologies and data analytics.
